MultiSig Owner Changed

MultiSig wallets allow multiple owners to manage a single wallet or account. With it, a group of owners can set up a multi-signature strategy (MultiSig), where multiple private keys are required to authorize transactions. Normally protocol owners are governed not by an EOA but rather a multisig so that any compromise of the multisig controlling protocols or treasuries is an attack vector so we monitor for any change in new owners in the multisig or when a multisig owner is removed from the multisig.
